I am pretty ticked off.
I recognize that there are 2 NFL regular season games today and that DraftKings will want to focus all the attention to those contests to ensure that they do not overlay.
Well you are mis-guided and way off base here DraftKings. Why do you limit the College Basketball product so much when it was growing so well a season ago? I don’t mind so much that there are 12 games on the MAIN slate today because they’re all early within the same time window.
I mind that when I opened the lobby the $222 main stay on Saturday’s a season ago is only 7 people.

That’s absolutely ridiculous and with two more NFL Saturday’s left in the season with playoffs I can only imagine its not gonna change. Pathetic, we might get 5 to 6 weeks of College Saturdays when we should have 10.

There’s obviously quite a few games that stand out when you have 12 on a slate.
St. Johns at Providence
The Friars are a deeper and more balanced squad than the Johnnies. The Johnnies though have arguably the two best players on the floor today. So this sets up for a classic game.
From a DFS perspective, Posh Alexander at 8100 compared to Champagnie at 9700 makes that an easy call, its Posh.A all day. However look for Aaron Wheeler to have a big game on the boards for St. Johns.
You need this game to have the sustained tempo for the Providence players to hit a ceiling spot, they are so spread out in their usage that we need the tempo boost for them to get close to 30 fantasy points.

Syracuse vs Wake Forest
The Orange will need their Guards to have a good game here. They will have their hands full trying to limit Alondes Williams but the best way to slow him down is on the offensive end of the floor. So my focus in a game stack would rely upon Girard and Buddy Boeheim to have big games.
Mucius leads Wake in 3PT attempts per game. The Syracuse zone is playing bad right now, so he should get off a good amount of long ball attempts today.

Vandy has been leaning on Zach Edey a ton lately but coming off a home loss to Wisconsin I expect the more versitile Trevion Williams to go back to a ceiling game today. Purdue is going to destroy Penn State on the interior end of the floor and I suspect that Penn State tries to throw doubles at Edey when he is in the game allowing Williams to dominate the game.

Love Posh Alexander today, tough to expect him to dominate at this price, but if we get bonus OT in this game then he will hit 5x.

Rivalry game yes, but Dickinson should have an advantage against the Michigan State interior. At home I would lean on him to show up with a bigger game. He is a must in a MSU/Mich game stack or fade the game entirely.

Scotty Pippen – Vanderbilt – 7500
Vanderbilt will welcome in a tempo boost with the South Carolina Gamecocks – who do defend well – coming into town. Pippen is one of the highest alphas in all of college basketball sporting his 31% usage rate. Both teams wiped off some Christmas rust in their last game on January 4th and should play an efficient game today. Look for Pippen to top 35 fantasy points at low ownership.
