Leave it to the NHL to take a great idea and completely miss the boat on how to execute it. Tonight is there night where every team in the league is playing and start times are spread out so that they can run this ‘RedZone’ type broadcast to jump around all the games.
Just do it like MLB has done with their Quick Pitch (or whatever they called it now) broadcast on MLB.tv on bigger slates where they have someone who is showing you 4 games at once while jumping around and providing some commentary along the way.
You don’t have to basically have no games for four days around this big 15 game slate. If you wanted to do this then just fucking do it on opening night you morons.

15 games (12 on DFS) and I’m a sucker here for the Kyle Connor hat-trick spot. It’s been a rough start for Winnipeg defensively but the Blues PK hasn’t been great themselves. I like the Jets at home at reasonable prices here so we ride the top line for a multi-goal night.

Simply based on SOG attempts we should get results from Florida tonight. The Sharks once again are very soft defensively and have allowed 38+ SOG per game so far.
