The Avalanche are one of 14 teams in action tonight and they’ll be without star center Nathan MacKinnon for about a month which is a big blow for the defending Stanley Cup Champions.
Only the Columbus Blue Jackets are playing on a back to back tonight and they are at home.

SABRES
With a strong PP unit against a team on a back to back the Sabres could get a first and third period PP goal here tonight and we should be loving their chances to have a big game. I like the value that Dylan Cozens brings centering the second line and being on PP1 unit and don’t mind just rolling with a PP stack as the main build

Canucks vs SHARKS
Vancouver has allowed 4.2 goals per game over their last 5 combined, and giving up 4 in the first period in their last game will kinda help those numbers out in a bad way. Going into San Jose is always a tough spot and this should be a nice late night hammer.

Washington was out west for a road trip and is coming off a game in which they won with a ton of SOG. I’m not confident that Hart will get the 35 save bonus tonight but I expect a clean and low scoring Flyers win.
