OUR NBA DFS lead Stephen Marsalla is off for the next week or so, so we’ll have fill in breakdowns for the larger NBA slates while he is out.
A ten game slate tonight with two games tipping off at 7PM and then two games tipping off after 10pm, which gives us a big middle window in between on the evening.

In all of this Embiid likely out would probably be one spot to immediately look at and Tatum/Markkanen are two guys I would use if they play. The Pelicans situation probably offers the best DFS value for the guys who are a go.

Herbert Jones – NO – $4,500 (DK), $4,600 (FD)
The Thunder/Pelicans game not only has a total over 230 making it valuable but this game should have a high number of possessions as Oklahoma City ranks #1 in that category and the Pelicans are 13th. In that type of game Herbert Jones is the player who I believe should benefit with accumulating steals, blocks and rebounds on his way to a 25+ point DFS performance.
Aaron Gordon – DEN – $6,300 (DK), $6,300 (FD)
Gordon is coming off two pretty good games and Houston doesn’t really have much physically to deal with him. Jabari Smith is a twig sho Gordon should be able to easily dominate on the glass.
Myles Turner – IND – $7,500 (DK), $7,900 (FD)
Pending Anthony Davis’ status tonight Turner could be in a scenario where he carves up the Lakers interior.
