Five DFS games as the Ducks/Knights (Hammer the Knights as a bet) are squaring off in an afternoon Vegas tilt.
For a Friday however this is just how we like it and we have Boston, Vancouver and Winnipeg beging the only teams on B2B.
The Jets and Coyotes are meeting up in Arizona’s new home arena for now as they meet in a 5,000-seat Mullet Arena which has a make shift dressing room for the visitors. It’s very weird. It’s very NHL and it’s very Coyotes.

AVALANCHE
I believe this will be a good game on both ends as Colorado has looked up and down thus far but their depth on the blue line is going to wind up allowing them to generate plenty of 3 on 2 rushes in this game and they should put up a 4+ spot on the Devils.
MacKinnon, Rantanen, Makar, Byram
COYOTES
I can just see it now. Visiting teams come into Arizona and are annoyed with the terrible make shift locker room and they go out and get ran over by the lowly Coyotes. Winnipeg is on a B2B and they had to mount a comeback in a high paced game with the Kings last night, so I wouldn’t be shocked to see them just play miserable today.

PENGUINS
The Vancouver defense has been so bad that I am writing up the damn Penguins. With Rickard Rakell ($4800) and Bryan Rust ($5600) skating with Sid at those prices this is a spot that is almost too hard to ignore.

KEY ONE OFFS
David Krejci – Bruins
After Marchand returned last night and got his, I am looking once again at the Bruins second line and Krejci has a great chance to deliver a multi-point night. The Blue Jackets aren’t limiting centers from putting up consistent scores and I’ll take the cheap route to getting exposure to Pastrnak’s goal with a Krejci assist or two.
Andrei Svechnikov – Hurricanes
After a long west coast trip the Hurricanes are back for a Friday night home game where they seem to always dominate their opponents. It’s not a game which should have a ton of free skating opportunities but one area where Svechnikov seems to do all his damage is getting off shots in the High Danger Zone and Sorokin should have no chance stoning him from close in.
Bowen Byram – Avalanche
I love this kid and while I wrote up Makar getting ready to break out, this isn’t the slate which drives me towards paying up for Defense. Byram has been great for the Avalanche and has a game where he can likely not be too worried about playing defense and join the rush to add another goal onto his hot start.

CENTERS
Those who have followed my NHL articles know that I almost never go Penguins and certainly never mention #87 by name. But today it’s hard to ignore him given the value on the wings with him and their match-up. Krejci is my mid range C who can pay off but this is definitely a slate to make your other Center one of the top two, uhm, “studs” going.

Hammer everything about Mikko Rantanen tonight. He didn’t make the CORE one offs but to be honest, him and Svechnikov are my favorite Wings overall.

DEFENSE
The Winnipeg PK is struggling and if Arizona is going to win they will have to score twice there. Ghost has been great so far this season so look for him to remain hot.

Linus Ullmark – Bruins
We should see Ullmark tonight after he had the night off yesterday and he has been very good on this season for Boston.
Karel Vejmelka – Coyotes
A little contrarian take here but with my temptation to trust the Coyotes in their new make shift barn there’s value in looking at the netminder for your tournament builds today. Hopefully Karel shows up and not Karen.
