SPENCER STRIDER After a couple hiccups Strider is really on cruise control right now and should have no problem throwing gas past the Giants lineup this evening out in San Francisco. CHRIS BASSITT The Cubs have long ago stopped hitting and are going to make sure that they plummet their team stats all the way down to make us all look smart at the end of the year in regards to them being horrific. Bassitt at home is almost certain to be a 6+ IP guy with a big probability that he gives the Mets a 7 inning start tonight much like his last outing. The great thing here with both Strider and Bassitt is these teams are fighting each other off to see who can not Falcon away the division — hey did you see the Falcons blow a 26-10 lead yesterday? That was fun. Oh, where was I. Ah yes, take the pay up options on DK tonight with these two arms. RYNE NELSON It’s September so we need to be aware of cheap SP sleeepers tonight. Braxton Garrett almost got some consideration but I like picking on teams who just clinched a playoff berth and the Dodgers are that team for me tonight. The roof is closed and the Dodgers are going to be UBER chalk for all the NFL $$ that is coming over to MLB tonight. He’s a leverage and has upside at this $6,200 price tag.
