Two teams who are having okay starts considering how things went a year ago — but Calgary is far more dangerous and has my attention with Lindholm-JG-Tkachuk rolling strongly on the top line.
Philadelphia Flyers
Couturier – Konecny – Giroux
This should be the popular spot tonight. Everyone by now knows to pick on Arizona, who is not good at the hockey as they say. Philly is returning form a long west coast trip but with the Coyotes being on a long road trip themselves we should see the better team control this game. I wouldn’t go more than 1 Flyers lineup tonight though as this is the team to go leverage on fading in multi-entry spots.
Montreal Canadiens
Suzuki, Toffoli, Gallagher, Petry
The Habs will get a COVID depleted top line from the Detroit Red Wings tonight and with Detroit giving up 33+ shots per game as it is, we should see the Habs get plenty of good opportunities on their home ice. Detroit also once again has a below avg Penalty Kill so PP exposure makes sense here.
