A quiet Monday night so a limited set of options to pick from. From a small slate (4 or less games) perspective there have been two methods which have usually been extremely profitable for me and they both center around the concept of understanding players do not score goals every single night.
- You can look at 2nd and 3rd lines from the aspect of you dont need many other top lines to get shut down
- You should look at a singular game stack. Higher pace can create more scoring chances for teams.
- Yes, you can play a skater vs your goalie, but keep in mind that the winners tonight are likely to see their goalie get the Win bonus, so you kinda want to limit that beyond a one off.
TOP STACKS
Edmonton Oilers – McDavid, Puljujarvi, Hyman, Tyson Barrie, Kyle Turris
Unfortunately tonight, you can kind of throw out the first bullet on my list because Edmonton is welcoming in the Seattle Kraken and the top line should have a 2+ goal night. I’m also expecting the Oilers to have 4 man stacks scattered throughout tonight, so if you are building Edmonton, go above the field and build a 5 man stack.
Seattle Kraken – Gourde, Tannev, Jarnkrok
The Oilers will give up plenty of SOG against, so either roll with their goalie or get 3+ Kraken in a game stack here.
ONE OFF SKATERS TO CONSIDER
WSH: Connor McMichael
TBL: Pat Maroon
OTT: Josh Norris, Brady Tkachuk
CHI: Kirby Dach, Dom Kubalik
GOALIES
Andrei Vasilevskiy – $7,900 is a little discount and while the SOG against on paper will look low, I think this is a 2-1 or 2-0 final with Tampa winning it.
