NBA DROPPING DIMES-Friday, November 26th

Tonight brings an 11 game  slate starting at 7p.m. ET.

The “Droppin Dimes,” article will go over my favorite plays for the slate. It will consist of three to five core plays  along with a few additional plays and a few value plays. You won’t always see the highest-priced players or the most obvious plays. Players listed first at each position are my favorite and a good start to build a lineup around.

(Note: All pricing and fantasy points are based on DraftKings but can be used for all sites.)

Keep an eye on the injury status of players as they can be ruled out right before lock.

Team/s to Target

  • Timberwolves/Hornets game- Wovles get the better matchup and pace up spot.
  • Hawks/Grizzlies game- two of the worst defensive teams. \
  • Kings- Pace up spot in a plus matchup.
  • Thunder- down a few players and offer good value.

If/Then….(Injury scenarios)

CORE

Terry Rozier, Charlotta Hornet ($6000)

Rozier is on one of his hot streaks right now and it is a good time to play him. Back-to-back 48 plus FP games with 19 and 22 shot attempts. Also adding in assists and steals. He is an aggressive player and will continue to shoot and put up good stats when doing well. The Hornets play the Timberwolves tonight(one of my favorite games to Target) in what should be a fast paced and high scoring game. The Wolves will be without Patrick Beverly which is a plus for Rozier. Love the price on him tonight and expect a 6-7 times return.

Malik Beasley, Minnesota Timberwolves ($3900)

This should  be a popular play and for good reason. The Timberwolves will be without their staring guard Patrick Beverly tonight. This opens up a starting spot and more minutes for Beasley(most likely to start). He started the second half for Bevelry last game after he got hurt. Beasley is not afraid to take shots and can contribute with some peripheral stats. The matchup tonight is elite against the faster paced Hornets in a plus defensive matchup.

Jarredd Vanderbilt, Minnesota Timberwolves ($4700)

Vanderbilt has been grabbing a ton of rebounds over the last 4 games(15,10,11,12) while only playing around 25 minutes. He did this in a few toucher matchups as well. The matchup tonight gives him an opportunity to hit 5 in a row and put up a double-double. The Hornets have been a team I have targeted this year and it has paid off in most cases. They struggle defensively and especially against big men. Vanderbilt should have his way grabbing 12-14 rebounds and put up 10 plus points tonight while picking up a few defensive stats.

Nikola Vucevic, Chicago Bulls ($8800)

Vucevic finally came back last game after missing 7 games. He only played 26 minutes and still put up 16 shots and 42 FPs. Tonight he gets to go back to Orlando and play against the Magic. He will be pumped and should put up a massive game against his former team.

Also consider:  Lou, Dort, Andrew Wiggins, Desmond Bane

Value: Lonnie Walker IV,  Evan Fournier, Kelly Oubre

Also consider:  Gordon Hayward, Anthony Edwards, Will Barton

Dimes Play(GPP Play of the Night) Under 5k Player with low ownership and upside

Alex Len– should see minutes tonight with both Holmes and Barnes out. Only 3K and has 25-30 FP upside.
