A solid slate tonight with eight games and some really good matchups. The Utah Jazz and Houston Rockets game will be a good one to target. The Minnesota Timberwolves and San Antionio Spurs is another good game to target.
NBA Dashboard is also another good source to help build lineups.
Looking at an eight -game slate starting at 7:00pm
The “Droppin Dimes,” article will go over my favorite plays for the slate. It will consist of three to five core plays along with some additional plays and some value plays. You will not always see the highest-priced players or the most obvious plays. The article will be the building blocks to help construct lineup/s.
NBA Dashboard is also another good source to help build lineups. Check it out here – DailyAmbush: NBA Dashboard
The Dashboard will provide projections, player ratings along with matchup and other statistics for both Ambush and me (under FB Model). The dashboard feeds the optimizer allowing users to create lineups using (Avg FPs, Ratings, FB Projections, FB Ratings, projected ownership and GPP score). This is a good tool to utilize, and it gives the user a lot of ways to mix it up.

NOTES
- Scottie Barnes is questionable and could potentially miss tonight’s game against the Heat
- Mike Conley is a rest candidate- so keep an eye on his status.
- Caleb Martin will sit out tonight’s game due to a suspension.
- Bruno Fernando will be out again, and Alperen Sengun is listed as questionable- Usman Garuba becomes a nice value.

CORE
Lauri Markkanen,UTAH JAZZ ($6400)
Markkanen has found himself a new home in Utah with back-to-back 50 plus FP games with a double-double in each of them. He has become the primary scorer for the Jazz this season and has also done an excellent job rebounding the ball. Taking 23 and 17 shots over the past two games and could get even more up tonight against the Rockets who run at a fast pace and play little to no defense. Mike Conley may sit out tonight, and this would only give Markkanen a higher usage rate. Coming in at $6400 tonight is a steal as he has hit that in all three games and eclipsed 8 times value in two of those games.
[spacer height=”20px”]
Usman Garabu, HOUSTON ROCKETS ($3500)
Damian Lillard, PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS ($9500)
Lillard started off the season a bit slow scoring 20 points in the first game while adding eight assists. Over the last two games, Lillard has put up 41 points in back-to-back games taking 25 shots in each of them. Going 6-13 and 5-12 from behind the arc and only adding in 2.5 assists in that time frame. Leading the team to a 3-0 start and gets a solid matchup against the Nuggets tonight. One thing that I have noticed about Lillard over the past few years is the hot streaks. He stays on them for a while. Going to ride the Lillard train tonight and hope he gets a few more assists so he can drop a 60 burger.
James Harden, PHILADELPHIA 76ers ($9000)

Dimes Play
Jaylen Nowell– has hit 20 plus Ps in all three games this year and put up over 27 in the past two. Taking double-digit shot attempts and scoring double-digit points in all three games. Tonight, against the Spurs is another game where he should continue to do well as they have allowed the second most points to opposing teams.
**Options to help build lineups- Take these core plays and enter into optimizer with your favorite settings (rating, FBrating, FBprojections, FunkProjections, ownership or ratings).
