The NBA playoffs continue with a 3-game slate tonight starting at 7:00p.m.
The “Droppin Dimes,” article will go over my favorite plays for the slate. It will consist of three to five core plays along with some additional plays and some value plays. You will not always see the highest-priced players or the most obvious plays. The article will be the building blocks to help construct lineup/s.

KEY INJURY NEWS
Devin Booker is out- Cam Johnson, Landy Shamet and Aaron Holiday should see some additional run.
Khris Middleton is out- Pat Cpmmaughton, Grayson Allen and Wesley Matthews should see some additional run.

CORE
Pat Connaughton– has seen 18 and 23 minutes respectively in the first two games of the series and should see closer to 30 tonight with Middleton out. This was a decision between Connaughton, Matthews and Allen (who are more scoring dependent). Leading to Connaughton who can grab some boards, drops some dimes and add in defensive stats. He is also more explosive than the other two.
[spacer height=”20px”
Nikola Vucevic– is playing extremely well through the first two games with a double-double in each game while scoring over 20 points. Playing am average of 38 minutes and averaging 53 FPs with his price staying under 8k. Brook Lopez is no challenge for Vuc and he should have another big game tonight.
[spacer height=”20px”]
John Collins-minutes are on the rise after coming back from over a month off. He played 29 minutes last game and should see over 30 tonight. Last game he put up a double-double and the Hawks will need him to have a big game tonight for them to keep up with the Heat.
[spacer height=”20px”]
CJ McCollum and Brandon Ingram– these two are both playing extremely well in the playoffs. Both just missed triple-doubles last game and are averaging over 20 shots per game. The Pelicans will need big games from both again tonight to take the lead in the series.
