NBA DFS DROPPIN DIMES(Quick Hits Edition)- Friday , March 18th
Looking at an 9-game slate starting at 7:00pm
The “Droppin Dimes,” article will go over my favorite plays for the slate. It will consist of three to five core plays along with some additional plays and some value plays. You will not always see the highest-priced players or the most obvious plays. The article will be the building blocks to help construct lineup/s.

NOTES
Target players from Thunder/Blazers game as they are the worst two teams on the slate. Also, both teams are short on players.
Spurs/Rockets game is another to target – fast pace and high score.
Sneaky game- Nuggets/Hornets

CORE
Caris LeVert, INDIANA PACERS ($5600)
Minutes restrictions were pulled on LeVert last game and he played 36 minutes and had a decent game scoring 17 points with 5 rebounds and 3 assists. He should be in line for a similar role tonight against the Magic in a plus matchup. The minutes increase and matchup are good reasons to target LeVert tonight as he is capable of putting up 40 plus FPs.

Theo Maledon, OKC THUNDER ($4,500)
The Thunder are down SGA and most likely Darius Bazley. This leaves the team with few solid options to score. Tre Mann will be a popular play tonight along with Aleksej Pokusevski(both are viable options in this matchup). With all the injuries to the team, Malaedon has filled in well playing 32 minutes in each of the last two games and putting up 43 and 32 FPs in those games. The mathcup tonight against the Blazers is one of the best on the board as the Blazer have allowed the 2nd most FPs to opposing teams with the Thunder in first. This is a good game to target players from.
[spacer height=”20px”]
Aaron Nesmith, BOSTON CELTICS ($3000)
The Celtics are down Robert Williams(who go hurt last game), Al Horford, Jalen Brown and Jason Tatum tonight(4 starters). This opens up a ton of minutes and usage for some of the Celtics bench players. Derrick White, Grant Williams and most likely Daniel Theis should get the start. Aaron Nesmith should see a significant bump in minutes and play around 25-30 just due to the lack of bodies. He could also see some additional minutes if the game gets out of hand. The kid is a good shooter and should have the opportunity to take 10-15 shots and pick up 5-7 rebounds tonight. At only 3K he does not need much to hit value and with his additional minutes he should have no problem putting up 20-25 FPs tonight.
[spacer height=”20px”]
Greg Brown, PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS ($4100)
Brown is listed as questionable right now, so keep an eye on his status. He should see a big increase in minutes tonight(if he plays) with Trendon Watford out. High upside if he takes the court against the Thunder with the ability to hit a double-double. Excellent re-bounder and I do not see anyone on the Thunder that will give him problems. Brown is listed as doubtful- Drew Eubanks is in an excellent spot and a good option for the center position. Keon Johnson should see 30 plus minutes and push 30 plus FPs- both can be inserted into the CORE.
IF- he sit out then you can either lock in Drew Eubanks or switch to Keon Johnson(both are good plays either way).

These four options leave $8200 per player for the remaining four. Can pay up for a few higher priced player and use some value or throw in mid tier players.

DIMES PLAYS
Daniel Theis- no Horford or Robert Willaims. Theis should see 20 plus minutes in a solid matchup.
