TODAYS STACKS

STACK TYPE Team Players Quick Thoughts
LINE LOCK Vegas Golden Knights Karlsson – Marchessault – Smith While EDM, TOR and COL all look like spots to get into it’s the Knights who are playing really well and should skate circles around the Kings today.
BEST VALUE Buffalo Sabres Mittlestadt – Hall – Reinhart The Flyers defense has been extremely bad and Taylor Hall for $4,600 even without Eichel is a fantastic value spot to lock in with the other cheap spots on this line.
GAME STACK Wild vs Sharks Fiala / Kaprizov & Kane / Burns Sharks could steal this game with the Wild having been off since last Thursday, but overall San Jose is a spot to target for higher scoring games and I like this one to be going over tonight.

The Flyers should be popular against Buffalo – and they make sense but their value isn’t as good as the Sabres side and their upside isn’t as good as the Knights IMO.

POSITIONAL ONE OFFS

POSITION BEST PAY UP BEST MID RANGE BEST VALUE
CENTER Mackinnon Nugent-Hopkins, Couturier, Karlsson Mittlestadt
WING Landeskog Fiala, Kane, Marchessault Hall, Smith, Johansson
DEFENSE Makar, Theodore Provorov, Spurgeon Sanheim, Ristolainen/Dahlin, Suter

As you can see I lean the Avalanche who have a clear advantage in every aspect against the Ducks over going into the Edmonton/Toronto game for pay up spots

GOALIES

This is a good slate to just take some extra $ in goalie and spend it on a spot you like to win.

Phillip Grubauer (Avalanche)

If anyone rolls a shutout tonight it would be Grubauer.  He won’t see the shot volume that the other guys face but the Avalanche are deeper and far better than the young Ducks.

Robin Lehner (Vegas)

Tristan Jarry (Penguins)

BETS

  • Flyers / Sabres O5.5
  • Kings / Knights O5.5
  • Wild / Sharks O5.5
